These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and JW Technology Co.,Ltd, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services. ONE-TO-ONE Replacement Warranty is a service provided by UWANT that ensures if a covered product experiences a manufacturing defect or malfunction within the specified warranty period, UWANT will replace the defective product with a new product of the same model, or a comparable model of equal, or greater value.

ONE-TO-ONE Replacement Warranty applies only to products purchased from selected country, or region. And currently only available in HONG KONG, MACAO.

ONE-TO-ONE Replacement Warranty only available in Handheld Vacuums, UV Bed Vacuums, Spot Cleaner category, and purchase through UWANT Authorized Official Website, or Authorized Official Online Store, or Authorized Official Retail Store. Replacement product will be covered by the remaining original warranty period, not renew a new warranty.

ONE-TO-ONE Replacement Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Specific terms and conditions apply, which are outlined in the ONE-TO-ONE Replacement Warranty Policy.

1. Any defects that are subject to the manufacturer's recall.
2. Any cost or damage associated with routine maintenance, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, external adjustments, and any other instructions.
3. Non-operating and cosmetic items, paint, color, or product finish; accessories used in or with the product; external cables and cords; add-on options incorporated.
4. Unauthorized modifications made to the Product; altered serial numbers; failure to follow manufacturers’ instructions on installation, operation or maintenance; repairs performed by non-authorized repairer.
5. Repairs to hardware that has been added after the original purchase of the product.
6. Consumables such as dust collection bag, roller brush, cleaning solution etc.
7. Repairs necessitated by accidental or intentional physical damage, spilled liquid unless specifically covered in the Contract.
8. Burglary, theft, corrosion, animal and insect infestation, misuse, neglect and abuse.
9. Failure caused by a voltage converter and /or applying incorrect voltage to the product.
10. Diagnosis where no defect has been found or noted.
11. Defects and on-site service charges not covered by the manufacturer's original written warranty, unless otherwise stated as covered above.
12. Shipping charges and damage, express service charges, transportation damage, removal, installation or reinstallation of the Product, products on loan during the repair process.
13. Commercial use (multi-user organizations), public rental, use for profit or communal use for multi-family housing.
14. Any loss or damage to the Product resulting from fire or flood, howsoever caused.
15. Any loss or damage to the Product resulting from an act of God (including without limitation, events such as earthquake, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations, civil war, civil commotion).

THIS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. IT IS A SERVICE CONTRACT PROVIDING REPLACEMENT FOR COVERED DEFECTS. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY GUARANTEE OR PROMISE RELATING TO THE NATURE OF THE MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP OR PERFORMANCE OF THE COVERED PRODUCT.

Your maximum entitlement shall in no event exceed the actual purchase price of the covered Product. You would be required to pay for the additional amount if the Replacement product value is more than the purchase price you paid for your original Product. We shall not in any event be liable to person or property for any incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages. This contract is non-transferable.

This is the entire agreement between UWANT and the Purchaser of the Product that is entitled to a ONE-to-ONE Replacement Warranty Service Contract and no other oral or written representation is valid. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text and text in other languages, the English version shall prevail.

UWANT reserves all rights to add, remove, modify or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of UWANT shall be final.
